Transfer Scholarships and Financial Aid
Limited scholarships are available for transfer students. Students should submit the FAFSA form for financial aid.

Transfer Application Requirements
Minimum GPA: Minimum GPA to be considered for admission is 2.0 but a 2.5 or higher is preferred. The education major and nursing major require a 3.0 GPA. Speech Pathology, criminal justice and pre-social work require a 2.75,mass comm and exercise science require a 2.5 GPA.
Official Transcripts: Official college, high school transcripts or GED scores are required of all applicants. Transcripts must come from each college attended, guidance office or department of education. Copy of license required for RNs and medical imagery.
SAT Scores: Upon completion of 24 credits at the college level, SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission. An applicant who has been out of high school two years does not need SATs or ACTs.
Letters of Recommendation: Letters of recommendation are not required but are helpful.
Essay: An essay is not required as part of the application process.
Application Fee: The application fee is $30.
Interview: Interviews are not required unless there are unusual circumstances. Students may schedule a tour of the campus, group information session or request a personal interview.
Other Requirements: Official TOEFL required for international applicants. Transcripts must be translated into English and evaluated by WES or a similar organization. A financial statement showing ability to pay for education and expenses is required.

Transfer Credit Policy
Minimum Grade: Credits from a "regionally accredited institution" transfer when grades are "C" or higher and we have equivalent courses. Course with grades of "C-" or "D" may transfer with an associate degree from a PA Community College, or if the student has complete a
Credits (Min/Max): There is no minimum number of transfer credits. The maximum number of credits which would transfer from a 2 year regionally accredited institution is 60 and a total of 90 credits from a 4 year regionally accredited institution.
