    Transfer Scholarships - Elizabeth G. Botdorf Scholarship for English Studies. Commit to Excellence Transfer scholarships - (20) merit based awards. Millersville participates in the All PA Academic Team Scholarship program coordinated through Phi Theta Kappa.
